Johor Bahru Integrated (JBI) through its subsidiary JBI Terminal (JBIT) recently conducted a site visit with Zapin Holdings Sdn. Bhd. at Puteri Harbour International Ferry Terminal, Iskandar Puteri.

Zapin Holdings is an official partner with JBIT as Malaysia’s exclusive duty-free operator in Johor. Through this strategic partnership, the collaborative effort reflects our commitment to fostering meaningful partnerships by curating trusted global brands, delivering thoughtful experiences and creating seamless, personalised and enjoyable moments for travellers.

The site visit was led by YBhg. Tuan Muhammad Danial Ariff Bin Burhanudin, Group Chief Executive Officer, JBI, accompanied by Tuan Hamirul Hafizi Bin Mohd Noh, Chief Operating Officer, JBI Terminal, in assisting Mr. Marcus Tan Dexun, Director of Zapin Holdings Sdn. Bhd., to discuss potential areas of collaboration.

The session provided an opportunity to assess the site, align operational requirements and explore strategic approaches to ensure the successful implementation of the initiative.
